Nexi pages are generally free-form. There's a title, and a big block of text. Templates allow customization of this. The templating system operates similarly to the Tools system in that the tags that a page has determine whether or not a template should be applied.
We want to create a template for real-estate listings that have the tags Site:Realty Listing. This template will have fields for Photo, Realtor, Price, Description, and Additional Information.
So, we create a page with the tags Site:Realty Listing Special:Template:
The template describes where the fields go on the form, and names them so data entry is more straightforward. Once the template is saved, it is applied to all pages that match its tags: All pages that have Site:Realty Listing:
Click Add to see the template data-entry field; click on the sample house to see what it looks like when displayed.
Advanced templating options allow fields that are not filled in to be hidden, display metadata, and so on.
